Sabine is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition with first class honors and a member of the Alumni Association (CSNNAA) and the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP) . She also holds a dietitian degree from France and has a great experience working in hospitals, nursing homes, schools and health food stores. Sabine has been enjoying the natural healthcare field for over 10 years and has special interests in digestive health, poor immunity, fatigue, sleep disorders, weight management and more. Her focus is on discovering the root cause of dysfunction in order to achieve optimal well-being for a healthy mind and body.
Sabine is also trained by the Edison Institute of Nutrition in Live Blood Cell Analysis using a dark field microscope. This type of screening can show indications of vitamin C and B12 deficiencies, poor digestion of fats and proteins, hormonal imbalances, liver/kidney congestion, allergies, parasites and much more.
Sabine has additional training in Metabolic Balance “weight loss program” and attends conferences to continually improve the care she gives her clients. When not at work, Sabine enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.

Michael graduated from the massage therapy program at Humber College in 2018.

Through his academic career he has had experience working with different populations such as; pregnancy/infancy, athletes, neurological conditions, and mental health. Her attentive and dedicated approach lets her patients feel supported and emboldened to improve their health. Dr. Udani understands the spectrum of disease progression and meets her patients at where they are currently. With a thorough physical assessment and history taking she understands the physiological cause of her patients’ illness as well as its energetic impact. Her treatments will often address both in order for her patients to experience true healing. Dr. Udani always tailors her treatment to each patient instead of a ‘one size fits all’ approach. She loves working with individuals from all backgrounds, as she genuinely believes everyone has the ability to make healthy, long lasting changes.    Dr. Udani has a special interest in women’s health, digestive issues, chronic pain, stress, cardio-metabolic and skin conditions. For her clinical internship she was accepted into the highly competitive fertility focus shift and has worked closely with fertility patients.
